Shipping:

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for the receipt.

USPS First Class Mail(7-14 day postal delivery. Insurance included in S&H) - 5$
USPS Canada (10-15 day postal delivery) (Insurance included in S&H) – 7$
USPS International (10-15 day postal delivery) (Insurance included in S&H) – 10$

California shipments will pay 9.75% applicable sales tax.

ORDERS FOR $150.00 OR MORE GET FREE SHIPPING!

Orders are usually shipped out within 7-14 business days Mon-Fri.

Terms and Policies

You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at www.usps.com

Shipping on bracelets, earrings, pendants and necklaces generally arrives within 3 to 5 business days.
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for additional information as required. 
In the event your order cannot be shippedyou will be contacted within 48 hours by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
Saturday deliveries are not offered.

We can only ship credit card orders to the address the credit card is issued to or to the alternate address if confirmed by credit card company! All orders must be shipped to the street address!
We ship to Confirmed PO Boxes only if paid via PayPal.

Because APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take your package a bit more time to arrive. M.G.C. ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail and guarantees your package will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing center within 2-4 days. From that point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. If you are already familiar with sending packages to APO & FPO addresses, you can probably expect your M.G.C. order to arrive in about the same amount of time.

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds.

To return your purchase, please follow these simple instructions:

Please read the information on the back of your original shipping document and enclose it with your purchase (in the original packaging if possible). --OR--

2. If you do not have your original shipping document, please print and complete the return purchase form found at golden-charms.com. If you are unable to print this form, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number.

3. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry is lost in transit.

4. For "Exchanges" or "Replacements", please contact our Customer Service Department 818-800-3770.

Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only. Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.
